Vanilla Berry Post-Workout Smoothie

This thick and creamy smoothie recipe is delicious, low-calorie, and full of protein! The frozen berries make this smoothie taste like it's from a smoothie shop! The protein comes from protein powder. The recipe can easily be adapted to your needs and what ingredients you have on hand.

This smoothie is low calorie, high volume to keep you feeling fuller and more satisfied longer on fewer calories!
