Vanilla Berry Post-Workout Smoothie
This thick and creamy smoothie recipe is delicious, low-calorie, and full of protein! The frozen berries make this smoothie taste like it's from a smoothie shop! The protein comes from protein powder. The recipe can easily be adapted to your needs and what ingredients you have on hand.

Ingredients
2 cups water
About 3/4 cup ice
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Vital Performance Protein Powder (I love it because it's gluten and diary free), available on Amazon here, which has 130 calories, 6 carb, 0 fat, 25 protein)
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (225 g) (90 calories, 22.5 carb, .75 fat, 1.5 protein)
Instructions
In a high-powered blender (I love my vitamix!), blend the ingredients. Pour the smoothie into a large cup. I like to use a quart size mason jar and a wide glass straw.
